1. Controller
The controller is Tetiana Borovenska, trading as Tetiana Goldenberg, Oberrombacher Straße 19, 73434 Aalen, Deutschland. Phone: +49 151 53522009. Email: goldenberg.autorin@gmail.com.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Only data necessary for website operation, communication, preparation and performance of contracts, and legal obligations is processed. Enquiries and contracts rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; mandatory retention on Article 6(1)(c); security and other enquiries on Article 6(1)(f). Legitimate interests are secure operation and answering enquiries. Where consent is required, Article 6(1)(a) applies.
3. Hosting
According to the owner’s information, the published website is hosted by TEMO s.r.o. (temoweb.eu), Czech Republic, EU. The technical provider may process IP addresses, access times, requested pages or files, browser, operating system, referrer and connection data for security and operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Free tools
Answers in the self-test, Day 1 and the exercise are processed in your browser and temporarily stored in sessionStorage. The website does not transmit these answers to a server or the author. Reset clears the state; closing the tab normally ends the session, but browser restoration may restore data. Avoid shared browsers for sensitive answers. No cookies, localStorage, analytics or advertising pixels are used. Fonts are hosted on this website.
5. Manual orders and contact
The form prepares an email containing your name, email, product, price, terms version and chosen consents. In manual mode the website does not send it or save an order in a server database. Opening it passes data to your email app; sending passes it to participating email providers and the recipient. You can check and edit it beforehand. Data supplied when contacting the author by phone or social media is processed to handle your enquiry.
6. Contract and payment
The author processes correspondence, order details, consents, invoice and transfer details to prepare and perform the contract. An address is requested where necessary for an invoice or a legal obligation. Payment takes place through banks; the website does not process card details. Accepting terms is not consent to advertising.
7. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Hosting and email providers, banks and authorised persons may receive data where necessary or required by law. Google is used for the Gmail address shown; depending on the service, processing outside the EEA is possible. Transfers are permitted only in compliance with Chapter V GDPR. Ask goldenberg.autorin@gmail.com about specific recipients and safeguards. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data by email.
8. Retention
Data is kept as long as needed for its purpose. Contract and accounting documents are retained for applicable statutory periods. Data is then deleted unless another lawful basis exists. Ask the controller for the specific applicable periods.
9. External links and social media
Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Telegram and other external websites have their own privacy policies. Processing outside the EU/EEA is possible. The author uses correspondence addressed to her to answer enquiries.
10. Advertising and newsletters
The website currently has no analytics, advertising tracking or newsletter signup. Before introducing these, information on data and providers will be updated and any required consent obtained separately. Consent can be withdrawn for the future.
11. Your rights
Subject to statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation, and to direct marketing at any time. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Baden-Württemberg LfDI.
12. Required information
Your name, valid email and order details are necessary to process the order and provide access. Without them, the contract may be impossible to perform. Exercise answers are optional. The website makes no automated decisions, including relevant profiling, with legal or similarly significant effects.
13. Security and updates
Appropriate technical and organisational measures protect data. Internet and email do not guarantee absolute security. This policy is updated when features or processing change. Version: 1 October 2026.
Access through Notion
Notion is used to provide the materials. An invitation may pass the buyer’s email address to the service; when opening a link, Notion processes data under its terms and privacy policy. Access method and account requirements are communicated before the contract. Information about recipients, processing outside the EEA and safeguards is available from goldenberg.autorin@gmail.com.
