Right of withdrawal & form

Information about the consumer’s right of withdrawal from distance contracts (Widerrufsbelehrung) and the model withdrawal form (Muster-Widerrufsformular).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your withdrawal statement. We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will incur no fees for reimbursement.

Early expiry for digital content

For paid digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right expires early only when performance has begun, you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that this consent causes loss of the right when performance begins, and we have provided the contractual confirmation required by § 312f BGB.

This separate consent is optional. Without it, delivery takes place after the applicable withdrawal period. This rule concerns digital content and does not replace the different statutory rules for services.
